Umeboshi

IMG_0778At this time of year, I’m starting to think about making umeboshi (Japanese pickled plums).  If you would like to learn to make umeboshi together, and have some flexibility in your schedule, let me know.  The ume that I’ve gotten in Oregon is grown in California.  It’s available for a short time (usually in June).  There would be two classes to complete the process.
